Hi, Hej, Hola & Salut! My name is Heidi. 

I'm delighted you're here. 


Doubts, stress, fear & confusion were challenging when life was rolling as normal.


Now we're been forced to make changes that we did not see coming (hello uncertainty!!) and many of us are without a job, forced to move home or ready (not ready) to leave a relationship after quarantine (hello insecurity!!). 


Also, for better or worse, this crazy time has forced us to look at our habits, behaviours, lifestyles, jobs, relationships in a whole new way! Maybe now there's changes that you want to make... but you keep falling back into worries, self- doubts and fears.  


The tides of life will never stop, but I can help you to become a resilient, skilful, happy swimmer. First, let's get your feet in the water!

This session is to create a soothing space to

explore how to create change in your life from the inside out. 


preparing the soil...

The session offers some relaxing breathing techniques & restorative yoga postures.


planting new seeds...

We'll do some deeper inner enquiring to expose the thoughts that are keeping you stuck in stress, self-doubt, worry and maybe even fear.


growing new deep roots...

We'll move into Heidi's "good thinking" techniques to ground new patterns into your body & psyche so you can begin to create more experiences of what you want (not what you had or what you don't want).

that the same painful patterns are coming up again. 

that you thought you healed "it" but the wound is wide open again. 

that you don’t know what else you can do differently.

 that you feel angry, exhausted, and confused.

What do I need?

Pillows, pen, paper & an open mind & open heart. Ideally, a space for yourself to stretch out on a rug on the floor or yoga mat, a blanket & 4-5 pillows/cushions.

Wear warm, comfy clothes & cosy socks. If possible bring a candle & some olive/coconut oil or your favorite massage oil. Most importantly, come exactly as you are!

Will my camera be on?

This is an online session, held on zoom. I honour that is a class of a personal nature & not everyone is comfortable with sharing online. Your camera will be OFF & attendee names are NOT visible. My camera will be ON. You can raise your hand to ask a question. There will be a live chat; you can choose send to Heidi or to everyone.

Is this session for me?

If you have a stiff or active body and you have a mind that's been on overdrive lately but is looking to explore some new thoughts/ideas and manifestation, this session is for you. The yoga is relaxing, mainly seated or lying down. The psyche techniques are to expand your inner questioning & inner knowing.
