It's that time of the month again... to set NEW INTENTIONS.
What's the difference between goal setting and intention setting?
Setting a goal is deciding that you want to achieve something in the future.
Setting an intention is brining what you desire into the present moment.
If you've been struggling with how to focus on what you want or if you feel you don't know how to set intentions... I removed all the complexity for a confused client this week, and in today's video I give you the 5 x 5 formula practical intention setting formula!

Here's the 5 x5 , Heidi's practical formula for setting intentions:
Write out 5 desires that you want in the following:
1. Family Relationship /Love Relationship/ Friendship
4. Body/ Health
5. Own/ Experience
Match the 5 above with the following statements to ground them into the present:
1. I intend to FEEL...
2. I intend to EMBODY...
3. I intend to LOVE...
4. I intend to DO...
5. I intend to LET GO...
Now, all you need to do is integrate your 5 intentions into your daily practice.
Repeat them first thing in the morning or each evening for 1 full moon cycle, from new moon to dark moon.
You could also say them before you listen to or repeat while listening to reiki sound therapy meditation.
