Blending stretching, strengthening, mobility and recovery, Homebody is about building mind + body connection  and creating new muscle memory with proper body alignment.

 Strong Core + Glutes

A strong core + glutes generate balance, stability and confidence - and improve everyday life from travel to lifting to mountain sports.

 Acupressure for Recovery

Acupressure points are like shortcuts for the body, mind + nervous system - interrupting stress signals, supporting sport recovery + nervous system repair, improving sleep and helping the body regulate to safety again and again. 

 Breathwork for a Calm Body

Your breath is your greatest asset. Through slow intentional breathing, you can train your body to access calm, focus and steadiness - on and off the mat.

What is Homebody Yoga?

Homebody Yoga is a 60-minute online yoga class, every Tues & Thurs, designed to be both therapeutic and transformative. Rooted in meridian-based practices, each class aims to release energy blockages, promote self-healing, and foster emotional clarity and relaxation—all from the comfort of your home. Combining breathwork, yoga postures, and targeted acupressure, this practice supports organ health, replenishes your energy so you feel grounded, clear, and revitalized.

 
What can I expect from the class?

Each class is a online on zoom and it is 60 minutes. The first half focuses on building strength and flexibility, while the second half transitions to calming, restorative poses. Affirmations are used, inner listening is encouraging. This class is therapeutic in nature with a meridian-based approach targets specific energy pathways in the body to support organ health, emotional resilience, and overall relaxation.

Homebody Yoga is for you if you want to cultivate a sustainable yoga practice, build a deeper connection with your body and feel more relaxed at home. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just starting, each class is designed to work with a specific meridian pathway helping you to feel at home in your body. All bodies welcome. 

 
What equipment do I need?

You’ll need a  quiet space where you can fully relax. A yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and any props you may have, such as two yoga blocks, bolster, pillows, or a blanket for support. 

  • When energy flows smoothly, you’ll find it easier to stay on task, make decisions, and avoid burnout.
  • Expect to feel recharged, with deeper energy reserves to support you through those busy days without constantly relying on caffeine.
  • You’ll find it easier to unwind at the end of the day, preparing you for a fresh start tomorrow.
What are meridians, and why do they matter in yoga?

Meridians are energy pathways in Traditional Chinese Medicine that connect organs and regulate bodily functions. In Homebody Yoga, we integrate meridian-based practices to release energy blockages, promote self-healing, and enhance emotional clarity.

How do I join the classes?

After booking, you’ll receive a Zoom link to join each session. You can choose to have your camera on for feedback and alignment tips or off if you prefer a more private practice.

Can I access a recording if I miss a class?

Yes! A recording of each class is available for 7 days after the session, allowing you to practice it as many times as you wish.

Is there a discount for students or those with financial need?

Yes, we offer the discount code "Home8" for students, locals, or anyone who needs it. This rate makes each class €8 at checkout. Feel free to use it and please share it with someone who could benefit.
