At Heidilidholm, we want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with our products. That’s why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all Emotion Potion purchases. If you’re not happy for any reason, simply return the product within 30 days for a full refund.

At Heidi Lidholm/Emotion Potion, we stand behind our products and quality controls. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an Emotion Potion product you purchased from our website or one of our authorised retailers you may request one of the following within 30 days of the date of purchase: a
- refund,
- replacement product, or
- credit for the value of the product to be used on Heidilidholm.com within 30 days of the date of purchase.
Proof of receipt of product and payment of product must be included in said request.
How To Claim The Guarantee
To submit a Guarantee request, please email emotionpotion@heidilidholm.com with:
1. Proof of receipt of product and payment of product
2. Information available for the reason for your request.
3. Please state your preference for refund, replacement product, or credit for the value of the product to be used on Heidilidholm.com.
4. Request must be submitted within 30 days of purchase as stated in proof of purchase.
Guarantee Guidelines
Heidi Lidholm/Emotion Potion reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where Heidi Lidholm/Emotion Potion concludes that the purchaser has abused the Heidi Lidholm/Emotion Potion 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
Heidi Lidholm/Emotion Potion may amend or terminate the Heidi Lidholm/Emotion Potion 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee at any time without notice.
