Tucked away in the heart of Baltimore, our private retreat home invites you into the comfort, calm and quiet magic needed for real restoration.

With just 5 bedrooms, the retreat is intentionally intimate—shared rooms with shared bathrooms designed to balance connection and spaciousness.

All rooms are shared—double or two singles—so you’re encouraged to book with a friend or partner.
Coming solo? We’ll thoughtfully pair you with someone aligned.

The focus of the meals is local, farm produce, so while the meals are not all vegan, vegan and all dietary requirements can be accomodated. You will be asked for your requirements and preferences after you confirm your reservation.

 €720 per person for 3 nights, all meals, yoga, workshops and shared accommodation.

Hi! I'm Heidi

I’m not here to fix you.
I’m here to share what’s been working—for me, and for so many of the beautiful humans I’ve supported.

Because right now, I have more energy, a stronger body (and boundaries), deeper sleep, and a quieter, steadier nervous system than ever before.

My skin glows.
My strength feels sustainable.
My body feels like home.

But it wasn’t always this way.

There was a time I ran on stress. I pushed through exhaustion. I ignored what my body was trying to say.

And in February 2024, I hit a wall—grief that resulted in a full-body shutdown.

I was exhausted, numb, and unable to function. Even simple tasks—getting out of bed, talking to a friend—felt impossible.
My body had a visceral reaction to emotional pain. And the only solution the medical system offered me? Pills to numb it.

What saved me wasn’t numbing.
It was listening.

When I finally listened, my body led the way.

I didn’t push through—I nourished with the practices I had been developing for over a decade:
Yoga (275 hr Teacher), breathwork, herbal medicine, flower essences, sleep rituals, and therapeutic self-touch (especially for the feet).

And I also deepened my training in Summer 2024 with 200 hrs with Dr. Erin Vaughn of Science of Self, grounding myself in Traditional Chinese Medicine, meridian-based yoga, acupressure, and cupping therapy.

With it came a deeper trust in my body’s intelligence—and the return of my clarity, vitality, joy, and sense of self.

These are the tools that continue to support me.
And it’s why I created The Body Wisdom Retreat:

Not to fix you.
Not to give you more to do.
But to offer space to listen—and support your body from the inside out.

With rituals that are practical.
Tools that actually work.
And the strength that comes from body wisdom.
