Hi, I'm Heidi.
If you’re a person who pushes boundaries, and you want to experience life as much as possible; challenges don't stop (and you don't really want them to). Yet sometimes life seems too hard, too chaotic, too stressful or too painful to feel good or see the path through the fog.
Painful, traumatic, stressful situations occur throughout life - often when we least expect them. Shit things happen. Euphoric, blissful, exciting things can happen too.
You can become better equipped to understand yourself and support yourself on your path (especially through challenges).
You can learn how emotional empowerment can manifest & sustain the life and experiences that you want.
