Homebody Yoga is a 60-minute online yoga class, every Tues & Thurs, designed to be both therapeutic and transformative. Rooted in meridian-based practices, each class aims to release energy blockages, promote self-healing, and foster emotional clarity and relaxation—all from the comfort of your home. Combining breathwork, yoga postures, and targeted acupressure, this practice supports organ health, replenishes your energy so you feel grounded, clear, and revitalized.
Each class is a online on zoom and it is 60 minutes. The first half focuses on building strength and flexibility, while the second half transitions to calming, restorative poses. Affirmations are used, inner listening is encouraging. This class is therapeutic in nature with a meridian-based approach targets specific energy pathways in the body to support organ health, emotional resilience, and overall relaxation.
Homebody Yoga is for you if you want to cultivate a sustainable yoga practice, build a deeper connection with your body and feel more relaxed at home. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just starting, each class is designed to work with a specific meridian pathway helping you to feel at home in your body. All bodies welcome.
You’ll need a quiet space where you can fully relax. A yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and any props you may have, such as two yoga blocks, bolster, pillows, or a blanket for support.
Meridians are energy pathways in Traditional Chinese Medicine that connect organs and regulate bodily functions. In Homebody Yoga, we integrate meridian-based practices to release energy blockages, promote self-healing, and enhance emotional clarity.
After booking, you’ll receive a Zoom link to join each session. You can choose to have your camera on for feedback and alignment tips or off if you prefer a more private practice.
Yes! The replay of each class is available to you for 7 days, allowing you to practice it as many times as you wish. You will receive an email with the link and password after class.
